1. Standard Cancellation Policy
At Vaxurio Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to manage our room inventory effectively.
1.1 Standard Reservations
For standard room reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:

1.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, this will be treated as a no-show. For no-shows, the full cost of the reservation will be charged with no refund provided.
2. Special Rate and Package Cancellations
Special rates, packages, and promotional offers may have different cancellation policies that supersede our standard policy. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
2.1 Non-Refundable Rates
Some of our special offers and discounted rates are designated as "non-refundable." These reservations require full payment at the time of booking and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation notice provided.
2.2 Holiday and Special Event Periods
During peak periods, holidays, and special events, a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply:
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund
- Cancellations 3-7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total stay
- Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total stay
3. Group Bookings and Casino Packages
For group bookings (5 or more rooms) and special casino packages, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations 30+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
- Cancellations 14-29 days prior to arrival: 75% refund
- Cancellations 7-13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund
4. Modification of Reservations
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes if the original rate is no longer available. Date changes made less than 48 hours before the original check-in date will be treated as a cancellation and new reservation, subject to our standard cancellation policy.

6. Changes to This Policy
Vaxurio Casino Hotel reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will be the one applied to your reservation.
